Notice on Intangible Digital Products:

Unlike physical merchandise, digital source codes, scripts, and UI templates can be duplicated instantly upon download. As such, all sales are final once an archive has been decrypted or downloaded, subject only to the defect warranty below.

1. Valid Grounds for Refund

A full refund or replacement credit will be issued under the following circumstances:

Fatal Code Defect: The source code exhibits a critical, reproducible defect or missing core module as advertised, and our engineering team cannot provide a patch within 48 hours of notification.
Undelivered Item: You completed blockchain payment, but system error prevented access to your download token and support could not resolve within 24 hours.
Accidental Duplicate Payment: You inadvertently submitted multiple transactions for the identical order.

2. Non-Refundable Situations

You change your mind after successfully downloading the archive files.
Your server infrastructure does not meet the explicitly stated minimum requirements (e.g., PHP version, extensions, or database).
You do not possess the requisite technical proficiency to configure or deploy the source code.

3. Refund Processing & Blockchain Fees

Approved refunds are processed in the original cryptocurrency or USD equivalent. Blockchain gas and transaction fees incurred during transmission cannot be reimbursed. To submit a claim, contact [email protected] with your Order ID and transaction hash.
