1. Agreement to Terms

By purchasing, downloading, or using source codes, scripts, and UI templates from CodePulse Marketplace, you agree to be bound by these legal terms. If you do not agree, do not access or download items from this marketplace.

2. Grant of License

All digital items are licensed, not sold. When you complete an order, you are granted a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual right to utilize the code in accordance with your license:

• Standard Developer License: Use the source code or UI template in one (1) single commercial or personal project for yourself or one client.
• Extended License: Deploy the source code across unlimited client installations or SaaS products where end-users pay recurring fees.

3. Redistribution Prohibitions

You may NOT resell, redistribute, sub-license, leak, bundle, or share the uncompiled raw source code or asset files on any public forum, torrent repository, or competitor marketplace under any circumstance.

4. Cryptographic Payments & Settlement

Prices are denominated in USD and payable via approved cryptocurrency gateways (Cryptomus) or direct Trust Wallet transfers (USDT-TRC20, USDT-BEP20, BNB, ETH). Blockchain network fees (gas) are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Orders are executed upon verified on-chain confirmation.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

All source code is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind. While our engineering team audits every repository for security and syntax compliance, you are responsible for testing and validating the code within your own staging infrastructure prior to production launch.
